The program provides existing Tasmanian small businesses with expert, confidential and free business mentoring services. The aim of the program is to assist established businesses successfully navigate through the growth phase, with volunteer mentors offering professional opinions and advice. Mentors can help strengthen entrepreneurial skills, provide guidance and support, as well as feedback when needed. By sharing their experience, industry knowledge and life skills, mentors can support and guide businesses to the next level of growth, job creation and new investment.
